Joseph Aron Jolivet, Sr.

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 11, 2007, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Joseph Aron Jolivet, Sr., 79, who died on Friday, August 3, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes in Lafayette. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include one son, Joseph Aron Jolivet, Jr., of Houston, TX; four brothers, Harold Jolivet, of Breaux Bridge, Eugene Jolivet, Andrew Jolivet, and Carlton Jolivet, all of Houston, TX; and two sisters, Hilda Cyprien, of Lafayette and Viola Gordon, of Breaux Bridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Amilcar and Georgina Jolivet; and three brothers, Felton, Earnest, and Landry Jolivet. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service. A rosary will be recited on Friday evening. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
