Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Joyce Molbert Theriot, 82, who passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum, No. 1, in Breaux Bridge. Fr. Keith Landry will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She was a very warm and loving person who enjoyed visiting with her family and friends in Breaux Bridge, the town that she lived in and loved. You could find Joyce at Liz's Beauty Salon every Thursday and Friday morning, folding towels for her and visiting with her many friends as they were getting their hair done. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her two daughters, Elaine Webre and her husband, Denis, of Arnaudville, and Kathryn Donnelly and her husband, Patrick, of Breaux Bridge; one sister, Vivian Castille and her husband, Michael, of Mitchellville, MD; two grandchildren, Karen LaFleur and her husband, Kevin, of Ville Platte, and Amy Webre and her fianc, Kirk Tynes, of Clinton; a step grandson, Ryan Donnelly of Pensacola, FL; and four great grandchildren, Seth, Jedd, and Lauren LaFleur, and Tucker Tynes. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Theriot; her son, Ronald James Theriot; her parents, Anthony and Rose Hebert Molbert; one sister, Rose Mary Girouard; and three brothers, Allen, Lee Roy, and Anthony Molbert. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 7 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Denis Webre, Patrick Donnelly, Kevin LaFleur, John Blanchard, Karl Girouard, and Pat Molbert. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, (337.332.2199), is in charge of arrangements.
