Arnaudville - A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Joycelyn 'Joyce' Marie Guidry, 56, who passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Arnaudville from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm on Monday and continue at 6:00 am until 10:30 am on Tuesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 ;pm on Monday. Father Donald Pousson will officiate at the mass. Reading the scriptures will be Raquel Champagne and Crystal Callier. Gift bearers will be Shonda, Loren and Ethan Babb. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in Cecilia. Miss Joyce was employed at Louisiana Wholesale Drug. She enjoyed fishing, watching TV, reading and playing with her nephews. She is survived by her brothers, Leland (Sue) Guidry Sr., Chester (Yvonne) Guidry, Frank (Jackie) Guidry Jr., Russell (Becky) Guidry, Francis (Toni) Guidry and Maurice Guidry, her sisters, Lena (Earl) Richard, Lucy (Brent) LeBlanc, Aline (Bryant) Broussard, Kathy (Brian) Meche, and Sylvia Guidry. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Guidry Sr., mother, Ella Montet Guidry, her brothers, Jerry, Ronald and William Guidry, her nephews, Dylon Guidry and Caleb Robin and her niece, Stacey Richard. Pallbearers will be Chester Guidry, Frank Guidry Jr., Russell Guidry, Francis Guidry, Maurice Guidry and Bryant Broussard.
