Juanita Theriot Latiolais

Catahoula - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Catahoula for Juanita Theriot Latiolais, 80, who died Sunday, April 2, 2006 at St. Martinville Nursing Home in St. Martinville. Interment will be in Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery in Catahoula. Fr. Donald Pelous, pastor of St. Rita Catholic Church will conduct the services. Mrs. Latiolais was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved spending time working in her garden. Survivors include her husband, Gilbert ""Ruben"" Latiolais of Catahoula; her son, Andy Latiolais and his wife, Bonnie C. of Breaux Bridge; her daughters, Jenny L. Courville and her husband, Calvin of Catahoula, Debbie L. Broussard and her husband, Fulton ""F.J."" Broussard, Jr., of St. Martinville, and Gail L. Champagne, and her husband, Ronnie of St. Martinville; her sister, Zelina T. Trahan of Lafayette; her brother, Harry Theriot of Centerville; twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Alma Lasseigne Theriot; her sisters, Lena Borne and Ethel Latiolais; and her infant brother, Harold Theriot. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Dion Hall in Catahoula from 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 and continue until time of service on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Pallbearers will be Travis Courville, Jason Courville, Kevin Broussard, Benjamin Broussard, Drew Champagne, Chance Latiolais, and Justin Charpentier.
