Jude Barras

BreauxBridge - Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. , on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 , at Pellerin Funeral Homes Chapel in Breaux Bridge , for Jude Adam Barras, 20, who passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2011 . Jude was a 2009 graduate of Breaux Bridge Senior High School . He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hunting frogs, mud riding, playing pool, working on his truck, spending time with his family and his kitten, Nugga. Jude was known by many to give his last dime and when his very close friends would call he would always say 'You need me to come pull you out'. Survivors include his parents, Edward Barras and Darnell Theriot Barras of Parks; his girlfriend, Lauren Aucoin of Parks; his maternal grand parents, Mr. Mrs. Leroy Theriot of Parks; one sister, Danielle Barras of Breaux Bridge and his godchild, Adam Barras of Breaux Bridge . He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. Mrs. John Barras, Jr.; and his uncles, Anthony Barras and Adam 'Peter' Theriot. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July, 27, 2011 . Pellerin Funeral Homeof BreauxBridge is in charge of arrangements.
