Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Judy Ann Guidry, 58, who died peacefully Saturday, September 1, 2007 at her home in Henderson surrounded by her family and relatives. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Fr. Chanh Nguyen, pastor of Our Lady of Mercy will conduct the service. ?Readers will be Kristin and Kylie Latiolais. ?Gift bearers will be Annette Blanchard, Brenda Broussard, Pauline Lasseigne, Gale Pontiff, and Rita Pourciaux. Judy worked in the automobile industry for 35 years. ?She enjoyed bowling, playing cards and spending time with her nieces and nephews, whom she was extremely close to. She also enjoyed being surrounded by children who always filled her heart with gladness. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her husband, Gil Anthony Guidry, of Henderson; her daughter, Kayla Guidry and her husband, Chad, of Cecilia; her sister, Patsy Ray and her husband, Bill, of Cecilia; her brothers, Wiley Latiolais and his wife, Jackie, of Cecilia, and Lonnie Latiolais and his wife, Shayree, of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her father, Walmette J. Latiolais; her mother, Mary Legrand Latiolais; and her brother, John Latiolais. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm on Monday, September 3rd and continue at 7:00 am on Tuesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Pallbearers will be Lonnie Latiolais, Chris Latiolais, Dustie Latiolais, Chuck Ray, Dutz LeBlanc, Link Hebert, Alvin Pontiff, and Don Legrand. A special thanks to Miles Pierret Center, Slemco Project Roundup, Hospice of Acadiana, Dr. Giles Fort, Dr. James Ruiz and the Radiology Department, nurses and staff of Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, especially her nurse Sherry Noel, for the love and care given to her during her illness. ?
