Junie Jeanette Tew

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, for Junie Jeanette Hatfield Tew, 79, who ascended into Heaven on Friday, December 12, 2008. Rev. Dennis Coats and Rev. Richard Coats, will be presiding over the services. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. "Jeanette" was born on May 15th, 1929. She started working in the Real Estate Management business in 1969. After retiring, she moved to Henderson, LA from Port Neches, TX to be closer to her family. She loved her Lord, loved her family, loved her many "furry" friends, and touched the heart of everyone that she met. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Claudius Maurice "Jack" Tew, of Henderson; her daughter, Deborah Tew Dore' and her husband, Thomas of Henderson; her granddaughter, Sarina Manes Guidry and her husband, Chad of Breaux Bridge; two sisters, Sylvia Hatfield Inman of Houston, TX, and Barbara Hatfield Farley and her husband, James of Houston, TX. She was welcomed home by her parents, Lela Bell Johnson Hatfield and George Wesley Hatfield; an infant son, George Michael Tew; and her brother-in-law, Monty Inman. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2008 and continue at 8:00 a.m. until 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2008. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
