Breaux Bridge A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, for Katherine Anne Daniel, 41, who passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until time of service on Sunday. Katherine enjoyed reading while sipping on a hot cup of tea, trying new recipes in the kitchen, keeping up to date on current events and going to the gym. She loved helping people and giving them a sense of comfort. Katherine will be remembered for her beautiful smile, caring heart, and that natural gleam in her eyes to help those in need. Her son, Jonah was the light of her life, of whom she was extremely proud. She is survived by her beloved son, Jonah Ashton Daniel and his father, David Daniel both of Denton, TX; her father, William B. Craig of Dallas, TX; her mother, Mary Ann Craig of Breaux Bridge; her brother, William Lawrence Craig of Brecksville, OH; her sister, Laura Craig Menard and husband Kraig of Lafayette; her nieces, Kelly Craig and Avery Menard; and her nephews, Austen Menard and Andrew Craig. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William James Craig and Gunhild Alfrida Craig and William Lawrence Clark and Anne Lalande Clark.
