Henderson - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Henderson Bible Church in Henderson for Kayleb James Comb, 26, who passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020, at his residence. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Henderson Bible Church, 1045 Talley St., Henderson, LA 70517 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday. Pastor Sherman Soileau will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Henderson Bible Church Cemetery in Henderson. Kayleb worked as a derrick hand alongside his father and was known as one of the best. He loved hunting, fishing, taking selfies of himself, spending time with his brother, Robbie, and taking vacations with his family. Kayleb adored his Pop Steven, his godchildren, and his grandmother Joyce, especially her good cooking. He will be remembered for his thoughtfulness towards others, being humble, kindhearted, and love for people and his family. He is survived by his loving family: his father, Robert Joseph Comb and wife Shaylynn of Arnaudville; mother, Stacy LeBlanc and husband Cory of Breaux Bridge; brothers, Robbie Comb and fiancée Latanya Duplechain, and Silyn Meche; stepbrothers, Trevor and Mason Vincent and Kaleb LeBlanc and fiancée Genny Walsh, and Collin LeBlanc; stepsister, Kennedie LeBlanc; nephew, Kaden S. Comb; niece and godchildren, Audrey G. Comb and Layla Lynn Comb; maternal grandparents, Joyce and Steven Meche; paternal grandmother, Shirley Comb; and his companion, Jade Bonin. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Russell Comb; maternal great grandparents, Frank and Loretta Meche; and uncle, Keith Comb. Pallbearers will be Robbie Comb, Trevor and Mason Vincent, Kaleb and Collin LeBlanc, and Luke Castille. Honorary pallbearers will be Silyn Meche, Jason Meche, Randall Meche, Brice Menard, and Shawn Meche. Pellerin Funeral Home, (337-332-2111), is in charge of arrangements.
