Kennedy Joseph Berard

Parks - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 29, 2006, at St. Louis Chapel in Parks for Kennedy Joseph Berard, 83, who died Friday, July 21, 2006 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. Mr. Berard served as an usher at St. Louis Chapel in Parks and was a member of St. Paul's Benevolent Society. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn L. Berard; his son, Earl Joseph Berard and his wife, Mary Dell; his sister, Virgis Wiltz, all of Parks; his grandchildren, Megan Rachelle Berard of Parks, Chad Everette Nora of Kathleen, GA, Lance Jerrit Nora of Parks, and Brandon Michael Nora of Deerfield Beach, FL; and his great grandchildren, Chelsea Anne Nora, Zachary James Nora of GA, and Dominic George Nora of FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Corine Williams Berard; his brothers, Victor and Junius Frank Berard; his sisters, Cecile Thibodeaux, Loina Durand, Virginia Berard and Verna Berard. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Louis Chapel in Parks from 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2006 and continue until time of service.
