Kevan Brian Tarver

Lydia - A native of Belton, Texas, Kevan Brian Tarver was born on March 26, 1972 to the late Mecklin and Linda Manier Tarver, and was a 1990 graduate of Ballard Memorial High School in Kentucky. He passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018 at his Lydia home at the age of 46. He was a truck driver for C Cross Transportation, and a welder by trade. Kevin was a fan of NISH football, as both of his sons played there, and he adored his dogs. Private memorial services will be held at a later date, where Kevan will be laid to rest next to his father. Mr. Tarver is survived by his loving wife, Laura Gilbert Tarver of Lydia; sons, Bryan and Christopher Tarver of Lydia; aunt and uncle, Helen and C.W. Jahn of TX; and in-laws, Allen and Teresa Gilbert of Minden, and Randy and Jennifer Cherry of New Iberia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Autumn Tarver.
