Khamsorn Vilaysack

St. Martinville - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 28, 2019, at Pellerin Funeral Home in St. Martinville for Khamsorn Vilaysack, 66, who passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Monday. Thomas Phothisack will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Methodist Cemetery in St. Martinville. Khamsorn was the Assistant Pastor of New Hope Baptist Mission Church, where he also taught Sunday school. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and singing. He will be sadly missed family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Keooudone Vilaysack; son, Daniel Vilaysack of Charlotte, NC; daughters, Tammy Vilaysack of St. Martinville, LA, Nancy Vilaysack of Charlotte, NC, Mary Vilaysack of Charlotte, NC, and Daovone Vilaysack of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Emory Vilsysack, Lexi Vilaysack, Ayden Manopaseuth, Christian Vilaysack, Matthew Vilaysack, Madilyn Vilaysack, and Arayah Cobb; and his sister, Lieng Vilaysack. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phou and Soth Vilaysack. Pallbearers will be Daniel Vilaysack, Loston Cobb, James Phothisack, Khonsavanh Sisombath, Vone Chanthaboury, David Soukasane.
