St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Kolby Louis Luke LeBlanc, 19, who passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021, at Lafayette General Medical Center.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:00 am until 9:30 am on Saturday.A rosary will be prayed at 8:30 am on Saturday.Rev. Abelardo Gabriel, SVD will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Michael Mausoleum in St. Martinville. He is survived by his mother, Vonda Nelson LeBlanc; brother, Craig LeBlanc (Cali); girlfriend, Kassidy Smothers; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Ursula Nelson; aunts, Francisca Gobert (Kay), Lisa Nelson and Sherri Sigue (Lurry); and uncle, Patrick LeBlanc.He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Joseph LeBlanc; paternal grandmother, Louise LeBlanc; uncles, Thaddeus Johnny Nelson and Louis Thomas Nelson, Jr.; and godfather, Mitchell Rochon.
