New Iberia - ;A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated ;at 2:00 PM, on Thursday, February 19, 2009, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, for Larry Delahoussaye, 63, who passed away on Monday, February 16, 2009 in Mamou. ; Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. ; Rev. Salvino Primor will be the Celebrant. ; Larry enjoyed music, playing cards, wrestling and watching scary movies. But most of all his passion was training and racing horses. ; Survivors include his sisters, Margaret Angelle and companion Ferrell Comeaux, Judy Bourque and husband Joe, of New Iberia; nephews, Casey Derouen, of Houston , Eldridge Roscoe"" Derouen and wife Lorri, of Baton Rouge; nieces, Nicole Buteau and husband Cory, of New Iberia, Natashia Gambrill and husband Chad, of St. Martinville, Brandy Hoofard and fianc Brett Comeaux, of New Iberia. ; He was preceded in death by his wife Sally Romero Delahoussaye and infant son; parents, Kossuth and Cecile Romero Delahoussaye. Pallbearers will be Joe Bourque, Casey Derouen, Chad Gambrill, Ferrell Comeaux, Cory Buteau and Brett Comeaux. ; A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, February 19, 2009 from 8:30 AM until 1:30 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. ;A rosary will be prayed at 9:00 AM.
