Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Laura B. LeBlanc, 89, who passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm on Saturday.
A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 am on Saturday.
Eugene Begnaud will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette.
Mrs. LeBlanc enjoyed cooking for holidays, shopping, traveling, and cherished moments spent with family.
She is survived by her sisters, Lillie Graves of Temecula, CA and Bertha Olivier of Highland, CA; brothers, John Begnaud of Oceanside, CA and Sidney Begnaud of Breaux Bridge; special niece, Natalie Nicholas of Breaux Bridge; special nephew, Bryant Begnaud and spouse Tina of Lafayette; Godchild, Pamela Denman of Breaux Bridge; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a great-great niece.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Billy LeBlanc; father, Jacques Begnaud; mother, Theresa Cormier Begnaud; sisters, Lydia Breaux, Nola Labbe, and Christiana Begnaud; and brothers, Wallace Begnaud, Edmond "Lou" Begnaud, Alfred Begnaud, and Louis Begnaud.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Begnaud, Eugene Begnaud, David Payton, Keith Bearb, Pamela Denman, and Shelbie Denman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gauge Denman, Sidney Begnaud, William "June" Nicholas, John Begnaud, and Bryant Begnaud.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff of St. Agnes Nursing and Rehab Center for the love and care provided to Laura during her stay there.
