Mr. Kenneth Wright will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd , in New Iberia . Born on April 25, 1923 , Mrs. Viator enjoyed cooking, traveling, and crocheting. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her son, Lester Viator and wife Anita of New Iberia; Ellen K. Viator of Biloxi , MS ; grandchildren, Melissa Robicheaux, Leslie Meaux, Rhonda Matt, Ashlie Robicheaux; 9 great grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Viator; parents, Lester and Myrtle Rushton Porter; sister, Mildred P. Short.
