Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 21, 2007, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, in Breaux Bridge, for Lee Roy Joseph Huval, 82, who died on Monday, June 18, 2007 at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Fr. Allen Breaux, associate pastor of St. Bernard Church, will conduct the services. ?Readers will be Jeanea' Huval and Ashley Daigle. ?Gift bearers will be Ashley Daigle, Aimee' Daigle, and Jeanea' Huval. Mr. Huval was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. He was the co-owner of Huval Seafood for 30 years and was formerly employed by the St. Martin Parish School Board in the maintenance department, and he also worked for St. Bernard Church and St. Bernard Catholic School. ?He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survivors include his wife, Innocent G. Huval; his son, Russell J. Huval and his wife, Flo, all of Breaux Bridge; three brothers, Lloyd Huval, of Henderson, Floyd Huval, of Butte LaRose, and Nathan Huval, of Lafayette; one sister, Irene Hebert, of Lafayette; two grandchildren, Monica Daigle and her husband, Randy, and Kevin Huval and his wife, Jennifer ""Jan"", all of Breaux Bridge; and three great grandchildren, Ashley M. Daigle, Aimee' M. Daigle, and Jeanea' N. Huval, all of Breaux Bridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aurelein and Helen Broussard Huval; four sisters, Solange H. Legrand, Lena H. Dupuis, Estelle H. Wiltz, and Anna Lou H. Albert; and one brother, Francis Huval. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pallbearers will be Floyd Huval, Lloyd Huval, Nathan, Huval, Kevin Huval, Mike Guidry, and Ricky LeBlanc. Honorary pallbearers will be Harris Wiltz and Randy 'Dago' Daigle. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
