Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 8, 2006, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Lena Huval Dupuis, 77, who died Tuesday, June 6, ?2006 at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Ms. Lena was a life long resident of Breaux Bridge. Survivors include her husband of 56 years Jerome J. Dupuis of Breaux Bridge; her sons, David Dupuis and his wife, Delores of Henderson, Michael Dupuis and his wife, Tina of Scott, Thomas Dupuis and his wife, Jodie and Timothy Dupuis and his wife, Sheila, all of Breaux Bridge; her daughters, Mary Belaire of Breaux Bridge and Delores Doyle and her husband, James of St. Martinville; her brothers, Lee Roy Huval of Breaux Bridge, Nathan Huval of Lafayette, Floyd Huval of Butte La Rose and Lloyd Huval of Henderson; her sister, Irene Hebert of Scott; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen B. Huval; her father, Aurelien Huval; her sisters, Solange LeGrande, Anna Lou Albert and Estelle Wiltz; and her brother, Francis Huval. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 am till 10:00 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2006 and continue at 7:00 am Thursday, June 8, 2006 until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Pallbearers will be David Dupuis, Thomas Dupuis, Timothy Dupuis, Michael Dupuis, Shawn Belaire and Benjamin Doyle. Honorary pallbearers will be David Dupuis, Jr. and Fabian Dupuis. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
