Lennis "P.T." A. Duval

Cecilia - A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, April 4, 2022, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia for Lennis "P.T." Adam Duval, 82, who passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on Monday.

Deacon Ken Soignier will officiate at the Funeral Service.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.

P.T. was the owner and operator of Leonard Duval Boat Rental.  He was indeed a "people person" and the love he had for his children was unconditional - he was the glue that held his family together.  As a pastime, P.T. loved cooking for family and friends, painting, and he especially loved Christmas time.  He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his two sons, Lennis Adam Duval Jr. (Pamela) and Jason Duval; three daughters, Crystal Duval, Lydia Battaglia (Kevin), and Shelia Carter (Kenny); two sisters, Verna Allemand McDonald (David) and Sandra David (Tommy); brother, Ory Duval (Yvonne); his two best friends, Don Rich and Jerry Vaughn; and his dear cousin, Jimmy  Bailey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tilton and Hilda Bailey Duval; twin brother, Ernest Duval; his grandparents, Caroline and Theodore Bailey; and his faithful companion, his dog, Penny.

Pallbearers will be Lenny Duval, Don Rich, Jerry Vaughn, Joe David, Jimmy Bailey, and David McDonald.
