St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Leorine Sonnier St. Julien, 91, who died Friday, May 10, 2013, in Abbeville. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday from 7:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Pellerin Funeral Home in St. Martinville. ; ; She is survived by her daughters, Virgis S. Vallot and husband Alvin of Abbeville, Virginia Geanell Labbe of Dallas, Carolyn E. Broussard and husband Warren of New Iberia; 8 grandchildren, Paula A. Vallot, Kevin L. Labbe, Stacy L. Goodwin, Latrelle A. Vallot, Shannon J. St. Julien, Carlos A. Broussard, Andre P. Broussard, Iris N. Lastrapes; 10 great grandchildren, Tre Michael Labbe, Tressley Labbe, Kayla Labbe, Cameron N. Broussard, Jazzmine V. Labbe, Gage M. Broussard, Braxton K. Bourque, Yanni A. Labbe, Maddox I. Broussard, and Brooke A. Lastrapes, II. She was preceded in death by her husband, William 'Tee' St. Julien; parents, Leon Sonnier, Sr., and Julia Freddie Sonnier; daughter, Katheryn S. Young; son, Leander C. St. Julien; three brothers, George Sonnier, Isadore Sonnier, Leon Sonnier, Jr.; four sisters, Pearl Fontenot, Myrtle Broussard, Elizabeth Ledet, Pearly Orsot; one granddaughter, Deidre R. Vallot. Pallbearers will be Kevin L. Labbe, Brooke A. Lastrapes, Carlos A. Broussard, Troy Decuire, Andre P. Broussard, and Timothy L. Sonnier.Memorial contributions may be made to Heart of Hospice, 201 W.
