St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 27, 2006, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Leslie Chretien, 27, who died Friday, July 21, 2006 at Memorial Herman Southeast Hospital in Houston, TX. Interment will be in Queen of Peace Cemetery in St. Martinville. Survivors include her parents, Prosper and Vivian St. Julien Chretien of Pearland, TX; her brother, Mark Chretien and his wife, Juanita of Pearland, TX; her sister Raquelle Leahman and her husband, Jermaine of Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Sidney and Gertrude St. Julien; her paternal grandparents, Prosper and Althea Chretien; two uncles, Closton Chretien and Dennis Phillips; and her cousin, Cory St. Julien. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Pallbearers will be Conrad St. Julien, Jr., Jason St. Julien, Ryan St. Julien, Gary Fontenot, John Richard and Anthony Richard. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris and Michael Fontenot, Todd Savoy, Jermaine Leahman, Eric Graham, Trent Deroune, and Brian Robertson. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
