Lester Landry Sr.

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 10, 2005, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Lester Landry, Sr., 83, who died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at his residence. Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include four sons, Lester Landry, Jr., Rickey Landry, Larry Landry, and Michael Landry, all of Breaux Bridge; eight daughters, Shirley Guidry, Rose Mercier, Norma Dural, Laura Pitte, Kathy Landry, all of Breaux Bridge, Juanita Carter, Nancy Landry, and Joann Stuart, all of California; one sister, Bernice Noel of Cecilia; twenty-five grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary LeBlanc Landry; his daughter, Vestamae Landry; his grandson, Ronnie Landry; and his parents, Adam and Aspasie Castille Landry. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
