Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 10, 2008, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Letitia Ann "Lita" Taylor, 41, who passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Doctor's Hospital in Opelousas. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery, in Arnaudville. Readers will be Christina Huval and Chuck Huval. Gift bearers will be Roderick Touchet, Jr. and Gaige Broussard. "Lita", as she was known by her family and friends, was a kind and loving person, who loved her family very much. She loved camping, fishing, hunting, and taking care of her plants. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles, as well as spending time with her family. Survivors include her father, Avie Taylor, of Breaux Bridge; her mother, Margaret Olivier, of Henderson; her boyfriend, Wesley Arnaud, of Arnaudville; three sons, Corky Delahoussaye, Jr. and his fiance, Lyndsay, of Arnaudville, Kyle Delahoussaye, of Henderson, and Kenneth Delahoussaye, of Arnaudville; one daughter, Hanna Delahoussaye, of Arnaudville; one brother, Thomas Taylor and his wife, Harriet, of Cecilia; one sister, Vereska Touchet and her husband, Roderick, Sr., of Breaux Bridge; one grandson, Landon Delahoussaye; two nieces, Christina Huval and her husband, Chuck, of Cecilia, and Sara Broussard and her husband, Brent, of Breaux Bridge; her nephew, Roderick Touchet, Jr. and his fiance, April Moss,; and her nephew and godchild, Joshua Touchet, all of Breaux Bridge. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas and Hermine Olivier, Mr. and Mrs. Gervais Taylor, Sr.; and her uncle, Calvin Olivier, Sr. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral from 9:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday; 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday; and continue at 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Monday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. Pallbearers will be her sons, Corky and Kyle, Wesley Arnaud, Thomas Taylor, Joshua Touchet, and Roderick Touchet, Sr. Honorary pallbearers will be her son, Kenneth, Raymond Clause, and Corky Delahoussaye, Sr. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
