Rolling Fork, Mississippi - Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork, MS, for Linda Paulette Young, 70, who passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Dion Hall, Hwy. 92 Catahoula, Louisiana from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday and continue at 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork, MS and continue at 12:00 pm on Wednesday until time of service at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork, MS. Rev. Norman Maranto, Rolling Fork Church of Christ, will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Mound Cemetery in Mississippi. Linda was a wonderful caretaker and an avid gardener. She had a special gift in soothing the sick and loved with all of her heart. She is survived by her mother, Hazel Parham Perkins of Rolling Fork, MS; her husbandof 40 years, Thomas A. Young of St. Martinville, LA; her sons, Marvin L. Young of Indianola, MS and Calvin L. Young of Jeanerette, LA; her daughter, Penny P. Daigle of Lake Charles, LA; her brother, Timothy R. Perkins of Rolling Fork, MS; her sister, Susan E. Walters of Newburg, IN; and her grandsons, Stephen Young, Matthew Young, and Bradley Young. She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Sparrow Perkin; her brother, C. J.
