Lisa Ann Broussard Frederick

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2008, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Lisa Ann Broussard Frederick, 40, who passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at her residence. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Rev. Fr. Keenan Brown, Pastor of St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church, will officiate at the funeral Mass. Lisa enjoyed having a good time, dancing, meeting people, and spending time with her family. One of her favorite sayings was, "It's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it." Survivors include husband, Roland Frederick; her son, Ransom Deshay Frederick; her daughter, Rolanina Renee Frederick, all of Cecilia; her mother, Barbara Jane Tolliver Broussard Thomas and her husband, George, of Cecilia; four brothers, James R. Broussard, of Leesville, Harold Broussard, Jr., of Duson, Jacobi Broussard, of Cecilia, and Coby Broussard; two sisters, Tisha A. Broussard Owens, of Cecilia, and Loretta A. Broussard, of Henderson; her father and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Frederick, Jr., of Cecilia; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph "Harold" Broussard, Sr.; a sister, Lakeisha Ann Broussard; her paternal grandparents, Gabriel and Ruby Broussard; and her maternal grandparents, Ednay and Montgomery Tolliver. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Pallbearers will be James Broussard, Harold Broussard, Jr., Ransom Wilkins, Dennis Frederick, Marshall Frederick, and Henry Singleton. Honorary pallbearers will be Troy Broussard, Coby Broussard, Dustin Zenon, Gilbert Matthews, Andre Broussard, and Earl Demouchette. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
