Lola Ann Sieber Champagne

St. Martinville - A Funeral Service will be held at 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville for Lola Ann Sieber Champagne, 68, who went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 22, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 2:30 pm until time of funeral service. Lola was born on February 3, 1950 in St. Martinville to the late Henry and Alita Vincent Sieber. Lola was a faithful member of Faith Cathedral World Outreach Center for 31 years. She was well-known as "Sister Lola", and her favorite scripture is Psalm 91. Lola enjoyed handing out the bulletin every Sunday morning that she would attend church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Lola leaves to cherish her memory, her loving spouse of 41 years, Andrew Champagne, Sr.; sons, Henry Broussard of Arnaudville, LA Andrew Champagne, Jr.(Casey) of Carencro, LA and Sean Champagne (Jill) of St. Martinville, LA; daughters, Lisa Seaux (James), Angelle Thomas (Isidro), and Hope Phillips all of St. Martinville, LA; 18 grandchildren, Jeremy, Jordan, Jamie, Alita, Noah, Trey, Donnie, Olivia, Abby, Drew, Zoie, Quentin, Jr., Tyler, Isaiah, Braylong, Aubrie, Breeze, and Bryson; 2 great grandchildren, Zaleigh and Avery; 4 sisters, Annabelle, Mabel, Irene, and Tammy; and 2 brothers, Alton and Nolan. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Sieber; mother, Alita Vincent Sieber; and sister, Gladys Sieber.
