BreauxBridge - Dr. Louis J. Huval, Jr., Class of '64 Texas A M University College of Veterinary Medicine, died on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Irma Tally Huval; his children, Renee Michelle (Troy Theriot), Kevin Joseph (Dana LeBlanc), Chad Cori (Shari Taylor), Benjamin Matthew (Miriam Castille), Stacey Leigh (Robert Morrow, III), Jodie Lynne, Jebb Louis (Anita Trahan), Zach Arnaud, Karla Denise, Luke Colby (Shadelle Guidry), Brazos Joe Gene (Kimberly Stelly), Stephanie Maureen (Byron Daigle), and Callen Brody; 19 grandchildren, Phillip and Sophie Theriot; Joshua, Daniel, Zoe, Matthew, and Ana Mae Huval; Chloe and Olivia Huval; Bryce Wiltz; Genevieve and Robert Louis Morrow; Miguel, Ella, and Karmen Huval; Amlie, Julienne, and Caroline Huval; and Holden Huval; and, his sister, Leola H. Latiolais. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alicia Merle and his parents, Louis and Bucy Huval. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Thursday and continue on Friday at 7 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Rosaries will be recited, in French, at 7 p.m. on Thursday and again at 9 a.m. on Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 8, 2011, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge with Fr. Louis Allen Breaux officiating at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Honored to serve as his pallbearers are his eight sons. Pellerin Funeral Home of BreauxBridge is in charge of arrangements.
