Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Louis "June" Miller, Jr., 70, who died Monday, January 1, 2007 at Doctor's Hospital in Opelousas. Interment will be in St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Mr. Miller served as an usher at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church and was a member of the Holy Name Society. Survivors include his wife, Vernice Robin Miller of Arnaudville; two sons, Mark Miller and his wife, Melissa of Arnaudville and Kevin Miller and his wife, Michelle of New Iberia; three daughters, Brenda Bazar and her husband, Marty, Nancy Fruge and her husband, Terry and Mary Hardy and her husband, Herman "Boonie", all of Arnaudville; twelve grandchildren, Lance Bazar, Leonard Bazar, Jr., Robyn Bazar, Aaron Miller, Jake Miller, Caleb Fruge, Kristen Miller, Benjamin Miller, Michael Miller, Gavin Segura, Alexis Miller, and Jules Hardy; and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Felonise Willingham and Louis Miller, Sr.; four brothers, Leonce, Honore, Remi and Moise Miller; and three sisters, Ruth Arnaud, Ethel Richard and Thelma Lastrapes. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening. Pallbearers will be Mark Miller, Kevin Miller, Marty Bazar, Terry Fruge, Boonie Hardy, and Lance Bazar. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael, Benjamin and Jake Miller. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
