Lula Mae Carmouche

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 21, 2005, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cecilia for Lula Mae ""Lu"" Carmouche, 65, who died Monday, October 16, 2005 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Cecilia. Ms. Carmouche enjoyed attending church and she loved to cook for her family. Survivors include one son, Sherman Carmouche; two daughters, Gwen Hudson and her husband, Greg and Serena Hebert and her husband, Latoris, all of Breaux Bridge; four brothers, Alvin, Roland, David and Moses Robicheaux, all of Breaux Bridge; six sisters, Emily Williams of Arnaudville, Rita Williams of Breaux Bridge, Wanda Williams of Arnaudville, Joanne Borel of Breaux Bridge, Deanne Williams of Breaux Bridge and Rose Robicheaux of Arnaudville; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maudry Gordon and Lenny Robicheaux; and four brothers, Allen, Lanny, Ernest and Linton Robicheaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and continue until time of service. Pellerin Funeral Home, 332-2111, is in charge of arrangements.
