New Iberia - Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Mabel Vice, 79, who passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2010 in New Iberia. ; Born on August 14, 1930 in Youngsville, Ms. Mabel was the daughter of Clement and Claire Kibodeaux Vice, and was a long time resident of New Iberia. She will be deeply missed. ; Survivors include her daughters, Patsy OQuinn of New Iberia, Peggy Creighton of Cade, Charlotte Racheau of New Iberia, Kathy Broussard and husband Kevin of New Iberia; sons, Keith Creighton and wife Catherine of New Iberia, Charles Dean Creighton of New Iberia; former husband, Charles Creighton of New Iberia; brother, John Clemis Vice of Zulch, Texas; several nieces and nephews; 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. ; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Claire Ann Creighton; son, Kenneth Creighton; son-in-law, Grady OQuinn; grandson, Bobby OQuinn; brothers, Toudle Vice, Robley Vice, Alexander Vice, Isaac Vice, Neville Vice; sister, Felicia Gary. ; A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. ; Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, 337.365.3331, is in charge of arrangements.
