Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, August 5, 2007, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Henderson, for Madelyn Ann Bourque, 55, who died on Friday, August 3, 2007 at her residence in Carencro.
Fr. Chanh, pastor of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, will conduct the service.
Madelyn enjoyed working in her yard and traveling to the mountains. ?She loved being surrounded by her family and friends, and playing with her dogs. ?She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Wyble, of Breaux Bridge; one brother, John Davy Bourque and his wife, Linda, of St. Martinville; and five sisters, Carolyn Bourque, of St. Martinville, Deanna Lasseigne, of Carencro, Cheryl Guidry, Theresa Dore and her husband, Ronald, all of St. Martinville, and Janice Bourque, of Carencro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Eula Mae Fissette Bourque.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9 a.m. on Sunday and continue until time of service.
A rosary will be recited at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
