VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., on Sunday, November 15, 2009, at Jenkins Memorial Baptist Church in St. Martinville, for Malcolm "Mac" Beeman, 72, who passed away on Friday, November 13, 2009 at Oschner Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Interment will follow at Methodist Cemetery in St. Martinville. Rev. Dore Langely will conduct the services. A beloved mother and sister, born December 22, 1936, she died November 13, 2009. She is a native of St. Martinville and a resident of Denham Springs. Mac is survived by two daughters, Robin and Denise Beeman and her sister, Leslie Bernard, all of Denham Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stama J. and Velma L. Bernard, and her sister, Katherine Beryl Bernard. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Jenkins Memorial Baptist Church on Sunday, November 15, 2009. A memorial gathering will be held at her daughter, Denise's home at 11324 Pleasant Knoll Dr., Denham Spring at 4:00 pm, Monday, November 16, 2009. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Livingston Parish Council on Aging to recognize their care and devotion to her and other elderly parish residents. Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
