New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM , Monday, September 12, 2011 , at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Mandi Louise Viator, 18, who passed away on Monday, September 5, 2011 in New Iberia . Interment will follow in St. Marcellus Cemetery. Pastor Zack Mitchell will officiate. Born on December 30, 1992 in New Iberia , Mandi was a 2011 graduate of New Iberia Senior High, and was working as a waitress at Ruby Tuesdays. She was a very outgoing person and loved the outdoors. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include mother, Barbara Oliva Dugas and husband Shaun of New Iberia; father, Rene 'Rick' Viator of Denver, CO; grandparents, Rose Tullier and husband Lear of New Iberia, Tom Sanchez of Denver, Co; fianc, Aaron Allday of New Iberia; best friend, Casey Carr of New Iberia; sisters, Donna Guillory, Kayla Maturin, Taylor Maturin, and Skyla Maturin all of New Iberia, Heather Maturin of Berwick, Emily Viator, and Charisse Viator both of Denver, CO; brothers, Scotty Miguez, and Arturo Maturin both of New Iberia, Hayden Dugas of Youngsville; step grandparents, Gilman and Karen Dugas of New Iberia; and a niece, Rylee Renee Ardizone, due to arrive in October. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loveless Oliva, Miriam Sanchez, and Earl Viator; special friends, Monique Meyer and Alec LeBlanc. Pallbearers will be Donna Guillory, Scotty Miguez, Aaron Allday, Shaun Dugas, Chad Boutte, and Lindsey Trautman. Honorary pallbearers include Rick Viator, Lear Tullier, Wayne Maturin, Russell Barrilleaux, Scott Dugas, and Nick Ardizone. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd , in New Iberia .
