Marcelina "Mercy" Sacro Noel

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE April 26, 1965 - March 1, 2016 Breaux Bridge - Marcelina "Mercy" Noel, age 50, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at her home in Colorado Springs after a long illness. She was a cosmetologist and owned Mercy's Full Service Salon in Colorado Springs. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Marcelina Sacro Florague was born on April 26, 1965 in Cabanatuan City, The Philippines to the late Marciano and Gregoria (Sacro) Florague. She grew up in the Philippines and graduated from high school there. She met Gilbert Noel, Sr. in 1988 and they were married on December 27, 1990 in Angeles City, Philippines. Mercy was a community volunteer and caregiver to many. She was active in the Youth Symphony, parochial schools, Holy Apostles Parish, and visited the sick and disadvantaged. People from all over the community came to meet her and visit with her during illness that confined her to home hospice. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert (Gil); her three daughters, Stacy Noel Campbell (Peter), Tracy Noel Hammond, and Peaches A. Noel Sneed (Tory); her sons, Mark Ryan Mariano (Ellie), Jefferson F. Mariano, and Gilbert Noel, Jr.; six grandchildren, RaeLynn Mariano, Jamison Hammond, Keanu Noel, Lauren Campbell, Annelise Campbell, and Miracle Sneed; and her sisters, Leoni De Belen, Nelia Corpuz, and Necia Oroc of the Philippines. Marcelinas visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, beginning at 7 a.m. until 10 am. A rosary will be prayed at 8 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am, on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Fr. Joseph Campion will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Memorials may be made to Pikes Peak Hospice or to Holy Apostles Catholic Church. Blessed be her memory.
