Kenneth Leleux will officiate. ; Born on February 26, 1947, "Ellen" enjoyed collecting stuffed animals and was a member of The Glorious Church Worship Center in New Iberia. ; Survivors include her sister, Martha Sue Parker of New Iberia; brother, Charles Winston Parker of Richmond, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Monica David, Purvis David, Jr., Gerald Romero, Jr., John B. Romero, Tricia Romero all of New Iberia, Shawnee Romero Jones of Lafayette, Melia Danielle Parker of Bayou Vista, and Paulette Lambert of Montgomery, Alabama. ; She was preceded in death by her parents, John Rubert and Mary Louise Carter Parker; and a sister, Patricia Romero. ; Pallbearers will be Purvis David, Jr., Gerald Romero, Sr., Gerald Romero, Jr., John B. Romero, Jeremy Romero, and Rick Jones. ; Honorary Pallbearers include Jacob Romero, Richie Jones, Jace Guidry, Cade Guidry, and Charles Parker. ; A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
