For 75 years, Maria called New Iberia her home, creating a life rich in experiences and cherished memories. She traveled and lived all over the world, enjoying the different cultures and cuisines. Maria was very well versed in many different languages. She was a celebrated cook, bringing the flavors of her heritage to her kitchen while also embracing the culinary diversity she encountered throughout her travels across the globe.
