Marie Frances Dugas

New Iberia - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 8, 2007, at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia for Marie ""Frances"" Dugas, 81, who died Saturday, October 6, 2007. Rev. Ed Degeyter will conduct the service. Entombment will be in Holy Family Mausoleum. Frances was an RSVP for the Senior Citizen Site in Coteau. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her great joy. Frances is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hebert of Scott; her brother, Alton Spears of Texas; her sisters, Maxine Salter of Florine, LA, Louise Jackson of Texas; her late companions children, Tim Thibodeaux, Wayne Thibodeaux, Terry Vice, Charlene Colley; her grandchildren, Scott Hebert, Eric Hebert, Ronnie Bailey, Todd Bourque, Brian Bourque, Amanda Thibodeaux, Ashley Thibodeaux and Kimberly Thibodeaux. 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Herbert Bailey, 2nd husband Claude Dugas and her companion of 15 years, L.J. Thibodeaux; her parents, Lemual Manson Spears and Anna Elizabeth Knowlton Spears; daughter Elizabeth Ann Bourque; brother, Louis Spears; son in law, Jerry Hebert; her late companions son Kenneth Thibodeaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Sunday, October 7, 2007 and continue at 8:00 AM on Monday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Sunday evening. Pallbearers will be Scott Hebert, Eric Hebert, Brian Bourque, Tim Thibodeaux,Wayne Thibodeaux and Raymond Hulin.
