St. Martinville - Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 30, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Marion Boggs, 84, who died Monday, November 27, 2006, at Camelot of Broussard.
Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in St. Martinville.

Survivors include her husband, Francis M. Boggs; nine sons, Michael Boggs and his wife, Marilyn, James ""Jimmy"" Boggs and his wife, Nedra, Charles ""Chuck"" Boggs, William ""Billy"" Boggs and his wife, Sharon, Francis ""Tance"" Boggs, Jr., and his wife, Nona, Carl ""Peter"" Boggs and his wife Brenda, Scott Boggs, Joseph ""Jody"" Boggs and his wife, Carla, and Patrick Boggs and his wife, Patty; ?two daughters, Colleen B. Willis and her husband, Matt, and Ann Margaret B. Romero and her husband, David; a brother, Gerald ""J-Boy"" Guirard; 26 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kayla Rae Boggs; her parents, Clarence and Delphine Guirard; two brothers, Clarence ""C.P."" Guirard Jr. and Lawrence ""Joe"" Guirard; and four sisters, Wilhemina ""Bill"" Ducrest, Lilly Belle G. Beslin, Joyce G. Fuselier Beslin and Connie Ducrest.

Pallbearers are Jimmy, Billy, Tance, Carl Peter, and Jody Boggs and Clarence ""Cal"" Guirard.
Honorary pallbearers are Robert Guirard, George Melancon, Tommy Beslin, and Matthew Romero.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of service.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The family gives special thanks to her caregivers, Joyce Linzer and her sister, Diane; Journey Hospice Organization; best friend Betty Trail; and special nieces, Gwen Beslin Tabor and Anne Beslin Melancon.
