Marjorie 'Kin' Theriot

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 16, 2017, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Marjorie Kin Theriot, 93, who passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at St. Martin Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm on Friday. A rosary will be prayed by Sister Ameline Theriot at 1 pm on Friday. Rev. Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Marjorie enjoyed gardening, sewing, and watching her soaps and the cooking channel. She loved attending her weekly Masses and praying the rosary. She will be remembered for her kindness and that good coffee she offered to everyone when they visited. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Debra Durham and her staff, St. Martin Hospital and their staff and finally, St. Agnes Rehab Center for the care that was provided during her illness. She is survived by her daughter, Faye Clark of Breaux Bridge; son, Errol Theriot and wife Renella of Grand Bois; brother, Earl Landry Sr. of Breaux Bridge; sisters, Eula Mae Theriot of St. Martinville and Doris Theriot of New Iberia; grandchildren, Heath and Minus Perez Jr., Brandy Wiltz, Dawn Menard, Codi LeGrand, Dana Romero, Lacy Williamson, and Dirk Theriot; great grandchildren, Heath Jr., Taylor, Skylor, Kaleb, Kinly, Kaylee, Cole, Coleen, Lydee, Kade, Cameron, Beckham, and Sophia; and her son-in-law, Minus Perez, Sr. of St. Martinville. She was preceded in death by husband, Ledia Theriot; her daughter, JoAnn Perez; her parents, Pierre and Lillian Calais Landry; and her brother, Michel Landry; son-in-law, Roland Legrand. Pallbearers will be Heath Perez, Codi LeGrand, Dirk Theriot, Taylor Wiltz, Abner Williamson, Heath Perez Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Landry Sr. and Minus Perez, Jr. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, 211 Berard St., Breaux Bridge, LA 70517, (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
