Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, March 18, 2019, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Mark Judice, 60, who passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm on Sunday, continue on Monday at 7:00 am until 10:45 am.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Sunday, by Deacon Ken Soignier.
Rev. Gregory Cormier will officiate at the Funeral Mass.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.
Mark was born August 26, 1958 in New Iberia. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and traveling. Mark cherished his moments spent with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving spouse Karen Hardy Judice of Cecilia; mother, Betty Dooley Judice of New Iberia; son, Nicholas Judice and spouse Emily Bordelon Judice, of Hammond; step son, Carl Huval and spouse Colleen of Chicago, IL; step daughter, Dayna Price and spouse Justin of Lafayette; brothers, Patrick Judice and wife Sandra of New Iberia, Scott Judice and wife Celia of Ray City, GA, and Jeffrey Judice of New Iberia; sisters, Cynthia Judice Alleman of Arnaudville and Kathryn Judice Monte' of New Iberia; grandchildren, Hailey and Zachary Judice; and step grandchildren, Jude and Renee' Huval, and Elliot Price.
He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Judice; wife, Carrie M. Judice; niece, Celia Catherine Alleman; brother-in-law, Wayne Alleman; maternal grandparents, Luke and Lucy Dooley; and paternal grandparents, Paul and Ida Gaudet Judice.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Judice, Carl Huval, Patrick Judice, Scott Judice, Jeffrey Judice, and Justin Price.
