Parks - Funeral services will be held at 11 a .m. , on Saturday, September 24, 2011 , at St. Louis Chapel in Parks, for Markeithon Demond Mitchell, 32, who passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at Abbeville General Medical Cener. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Survivors include his parents, Ervin and Carolyn Glover Mitchell; two sons, Jayden and Logan Mitchell; one daughter, Ahnae Mitchell; two brothers, Ervin and Alonzo Mitchell; two sisters, Latoya Mitchell and Tonia Mitchell Branch; and his maternal grandmother, Beulah Glover. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Dalton Glover; and paternal grandparents, Harry and Mable Mitchell. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7 a .m. until 10:15 a.m. on Saturday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
