Marlene Courville

Catahoula - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 12, 2005, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Catahoula for Marlene Vicknair Courville, 40, who died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Iberia General Medical Center in New Iberia. Interment will be in Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery in Catahoula. Survivors include her husband, David Courville of Catahoula; her son, Jessie Gage Courville of Catahoula; her daughter, Kisha Kana of Lafayette; her half sisters, Dina Talley and Tina Tauzin, both of Catahoula and Pearly Ida of Destin, FL; and her grandchild, Khaison Kana of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Vicknair. The family requested that visiting hours be at observed from 4 PM on Friday at Dion Hall in Catahoula and continue until time of service on Saturday . A rosary will be recited at 7 PM on Friday.
