Henderson - A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16, 2006, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Mary Hilda Bernard, 61, who died Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home in Arnaudville. Survivors include her daughters, Jeannie Quebedeaux and Melissa Dejean, both of Breaux Bridge; her sons, Ricky Quebedeaux of North Carolina and Elvis Quebedeaux of Henderson; her brothers, Nolan Bernard of Leonville and Sidney Bernard of Cecilia; her sisters, Milda Bernard of Arnaudville and Verbie Bernard of Carencro; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Edna Stelly Bernard; one daughter, Victoria Quebedeaux; two grandsons, Russ and Tabius Quebedeaux; one granddaughter, Keisha Quebedeaux; and her daughter-in-law, Dorothy Quebedeaux. Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
