Mary Alice Ledet Charles

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, July 11, 2005, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Mary Alice Ledet Charles, 66, who died Monday, July 4, 2005 at her residence in St. Martinville. Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include six brothers, George Ledet and Jessie Ledet, both of Atlanta, GA; Ramsey Ledet and Joseph Clausey Ledet, both of Breaux Bridge, Joseph Pierre Ledet of Conroe, TX, Charles Joseph Ledet of New Jersey; and six sisters, Shirley Noel of Cecilia, Theresa Wiltz of New Orleans, Anna Mae Edwards of Lake Charles, Lorita Ledet of Breaux Bridge, and Annie Jane Ledet and Renella Ledet, both of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Charles; her parents, Eugene and Georgiana Simon Ledet; two brothers, Clifton and Ashton Ledet; and her sister, Della Arceneaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 AM on Monday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 10:00 AM Monday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
