Mary Hebert Creel

New Iberia - Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Trinity Baptist Church in New Iberia for Mary Alice White Hebert Creel, 64, who passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at her home, surrounded by family. A longtime resident of New Iberia, Mary Alice White Creel was born in Hazelhurst, Mississippi on May 25, 1954, and worked as a Dietary Manager. She had a green thumb, and enjoyed growing flowers, especially orchids, but what she cherished most was time spent with her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Creel; daughter, Tenetia Bergeron and husband Vernon; sons, Chris Hebert and wife Annie, and Ross Hebert of New Iberia; mother, Evelyn Lucille Jackson White; brothers, Donnie White and wife Kathy, Gary White, Lester White, and Jimmy White; sisters, Sherry Jeske and Connie Louviere; grandchildren, Dustin Bergeron, Lyric Hebert, London Hebert, Trinity Preston, and Kaine Preston; her faithful companion, Papi; three nephews; and twelve nieces. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Hunter White; and a niece, Jennifer Jeske.
