Mary Alice R. LaGrange

Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Mary Alice R. LaGrange, 77, who passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at The Carpenter House St. Joseph Hospice. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Wednesday, and continue on Thursday at 9:00 am until 1:30 pm, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Wednesday. Rev. Keenan Brown will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Jennifer Artigue and Barbara Hebert. Gift Bearers will be her family and friends. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Mary enjoyed cooking, baking, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a very simple woman who loved life to the fullest and gave from her heart to all in need. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Johnson and husband Keith of Arnaudville, and Cindy LaGrange and companion, Mark Stegall of Gonzales; grandchildren, Alaini Briana Quebedeaux and fianc Mark Patin, Jr., Oriana Blair Quebedeaux, Gregory Schexnayder, Jeremy Frederick, Jamie F. Willingham, Danielle Schexnayder Beeson and husband Ryan, Derek Johnson and wife Simone, Randall Johnson and wife Lisa, Hunter Johnson; great grandchildren, Slaiden Willingham, Hannah Johnson, Heath Johnson, and Oaklyn Elyse Saintigan; her son-in-law, Brian Quebedeaux; and her brother, Leland Richard and his wife Diane. She was preceded in death by husband, Paul "Broad" Antoine LaGrange; her daughters, Marie Frederick and Tonia Lynn Quebedeaux; her father, Willie Richard; mother and step father, Olive and Chris Frug; her brother, Larry Richard; and a granddaughter, Kayra Lynn Frederick.
