Mary Ann Allemond Perioux

Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 9, 2007, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Mary Ann Perioux, who died on Friday, July 6, 2007, at her residence. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Fr. Chanh, pastor of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, will conduct the services. Mrs. Perioux was an active parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and the 3rd Order of the Carmelites. ?Her favorite pastime was cooking and baking. ?She will be sadly missed by her family and loved ones. Survivors include one son, Ricky Perioux and his wife, Nancy, of Lake Charles; three daughters, Miranda Blanchard and her husband, Allen, of Catahoula, Arlene Perioux, of Houston, TX, and Sheila Richard and her husband, Mike, of Cecilia; one brother, Curtis Allemond, of Henderson; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Perioux; her parents, Pierre and Lorenza Patin Allemond; her daughter, Denise Marie Perioux; her brothers, Alton, Ivy, Al, and Percy Allemond; and her sisters, Electa Brasseaux and Lovina Angelle. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2007, and continue until time of service on Monday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Pallbearers will be Mike Richard, Nicholas Perioux, Lucas Perioux, Brandon Farmahini, Cory Blanchard, and Tracy Romero. Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Perioux, Allen Blanchard, Casey Blanchard, Cole Blanchard, Connor Richard, Curtis Allemond, James Allemond, Sr., Donny Brasseaux, and Rick Sims. Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
