Mary Robertson

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m, Saturday, April 21, 2007, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cecilia for Mary Robertson, 94, who died Thursday, April 12, 2007 in Houston, TX. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Cecilia. Mrs. Robertson was a parishioner at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Gardening and raising animals always added a special joy to her life. She loved to travel, play bingo and go to the casino, but her greatest love of all was her family. Survivors include three sons, Melvin Robertson, Russell Robertson and Emery Robertson, all of Houston, TX; two daughters, Dorothy Robertson, of Houston, TX, and Delores Robertson Clarke of Carrollton, TX; her daughter-in-law, Vera Lee Robertson, of Cecilia; thirteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Robertson; two sons, Sidney and Harold Robertson; and her parents, Celeste Celestine and George Lastrappe. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and continue until time of service. Pellerin Funeral Home, 332-2111, is in charge of arrangements.
