Mary Lucy Dartez Roy

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2005, at St. Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Mary Lucy Dartez Roy, 84, who died Friday, October 7, 2005 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Interment will be in St. Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Mrs. Roy was a parishioner of St. Catherine's Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and the Knights of Peter Claver. Survivors include her daughters, Helena R. Manuel and Charletta R. Wiltz, both of Arnaudville; her brother, Wilbert Dartez of Arnaudville; and three grandchildren, Michael Wiltz, Jr. of Illinois, Erica Frances Wiltz and Danielle Marie Wiltz, both of Arnaudville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Roy; her parents, Cleophus and Clementine Patt Dartez; her sisters, Alice Chevalier, Ella Simon, Mable White and Rena Lastrapes; and her brothers, William, Howard and Henry Dartez. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Friday and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service. A rosary will be recited Friday evening. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
