VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, on Saturday, November 14, 2009, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Mary Beulah Gordon Williams, 61, who passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at her residence. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Cecilia. Mary was a faithful parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister for 15 years. Survivors include her husband, Rene Williams, Jr., of Cecilia; one brother, Gerald Gordon, of Cecilia; seven sisters, Borita Davis, of Arnaudville, Gustavia Savoie, of Arnaudville, Irma Stewart, of Bossier, Wilda Singleton, of Cecilia, Nellie Jones, of Breaux Bridge, Elizabeth Ledet, of Opelousas, and Ezola Gordon, of Breaux Bridge; her god son, Randy Gordon, of Cecilia; and her god daughters, Josephine Cormier Punch, of Houston, TX, Mary Louise Sam, of Arnaudville, Stephanie Henson, of Shreveport, and Naomie Celestine, of Cecilia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace Gordon, Sr. and Wilda Patt Gordon; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clovis Gordon; maternal grandparents, Louise Caddie and William Patt, Sr.; five brothers, Raymond Gordon, Sr., Joseph Rogers Gordon, Horace Gordon, Jr., Albert Gordon, and Tony Gordon; and two sisters, Anna Mae Cormier and Lucy Borel. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
